Julia Sansome

Assistant Property Manager, Julia Sansome, works alongside BDM Jody Chatillon and Senior Property Manager Ross Rutledge, assisting with the daily running of the property portfolio, including client liaison, administration/paperwork, inspections, marketing, and prospecting.

Julia moved to the warmer climate of the Sunshine Coast from England in 2003 and absolutely loves it here, a place she now proudly calls ‘home’; she has been working in property management in recent years and prior to that had a background working in property law. Property is certainly in her blood!

With a warm, friendly personality, Julia is well liked by her colleagues and clients; she easily adapts to new situations and is able to defuse any potential volatility in a calm, professional manner. She sets high standards for herself and continually strives for excellence in her career, embracing new technologies as well as ongoing industry training.

Julia holds a Certificate IV in Business and Certificate III in Business Administration. When not working Julia enjoys family time, dining out, going to the theatre, walking on the beach, and keeping fit and active.
